Once we’re officially smitten and the deposit is paid, I’ll be like your personal wedding wingman, scheduling an initial consultation to make sure everything is picture-perfect for your big day. We’ll fine-tune the timing, plan every shot with military precision, and even throw in a complimentary engagement shoot—our treat!

About four weeks before your wedding, we’ll touch base again, sending you a list of questions. It’s like prepping for a pop quiz, but way more fun! Then, we’ll have another consultation to make sure we’re fully prepped to capture every magical moment. And hey, did I mention that we also offer a same-day highlight collection? Because why wait to start reliving the magic?

We get it—life can throw some curveballs, like unexpected rain on your wedding day or your best man getting lost on the way to the venue. Don’t stress! We’re totally flexible and understanding. If you need to reschedule, just shoot me a message with your new date (as long as I’m available). And hey, if I’m already booked, no worries! I’ve got a whole squad of talented photographers ready to step in and capture your special day. Rain or shine, delays or detours, consider us your backup plan!

Typically, we kick off our day with the groom, soaking in the pre-wedding excitement for about 45-60 minutes.

Then, it’s off to the bride’s turf, where we spend another 60-90 minutes capturing all those butterflies-in-the-stomach moments as she gets ready.

Next stop: the ceremony venue, about 45 minutes before showtime. This gives us a chance to set the scene and snap some shots before the guests roll in. Once the “I do’s” are said and done, we’ll wrangle the friends and family for about 15-25 minutes of group photos, followed by a 60-90-minute photo session with the bridal party and newlyweds.

After that, we’ll need 10-15 minutes to prep and capture shots of the reception space before the party kicks off! We’re usually on hand until the last formalities wrap up, or until you make your grand exit with sparklers in hand, feeling like the king and queen of the world as you speed off into the night.

Our style? Think wide-open spaces, mountain vistas, and a healthy dose of fresh air! We’re the kind of folks who’d happily hike a mountain for the perfect shot. But hey, we’re not all about the great outdoors—urban weddings, we see you too! If one of us falls ill on your big day, fret not! We’ve got a stellar backup plan in place. With our fantastic network of shooters, we’ll swiftly send out a replacement. Rest assured, we only work with people we know and trust.

Of course! We totally get how important music is to some folks, so we give you the chance to choose the tracks you want in your films. Unfortunately, because of those pesky copyright rules and music licenses, we can’t use mainstream songs (Sorry). But don’t worry, we’ve got access to awesome tunes from platforms like Envato and Artlist.io for your films. Feel free to browse their libraries and pick out your favorites! And if you’re stuck, no worries! – I have you covered!
